Tim and Cindy have been married for 13 years, and are blessed with 3 children, Amy (11), Samuel (3), and Seth (18mos). They have been burdened for orphans since 2004 when God began tugging at their hearts.  In 2005, they began a journey to adopt from Mexico, but the journey ended when another family was chosen instead of them.  It all made sense when Cindy found out she was pregnant in Jan. of 2006 with their son Samuel Lee.  Then 20 months later, Seth Levi was born.  In the midst of the busyness, adoption had not crossed their minds.  Until they met a  special family, who helped answer their questions, and introduced them to the HIV + children on Reece’s Rainbow.  After much prayer, they know their family will not be complete until they bring Irina safely home.  Tim and Cindy have placed this journey in the Lord’s hands, and trust Him to provide for all their needs.
