| The Powell Family--
DJ and McKenna Powell are hoping to adopt Larisa (Reese) from Eastern Europe. Larisa was born in December 2007 with Down syndrome and a cleft lip and cleft palate. Her cleft lip and cleft palate will be repaired as soon as she comes home to her forever family. DJ and McKenna have been married for nearly 6 years and have two beautiful children, ages 4 and 2. Their daughter, Darah has Down syndrome and has inspired them to adopt another child with Down syndrome. DJ works for an insurance company and McKenna is a stay at home mom and student studying Speech Pathology. They are strong Christians who feel honored to be given the opportunity to adopt a child. There is nothing more symbolic of Christ's love for His children than the beauty of adopting a child. DJ and McKenna appreciate your prayers and your financial support in their adoption process.
