Bill and Lyndi first discovered Reece's Rainbow during the Angel Tree of 2008.  During that time, adoption was not a part of the path they were seeking, especially not a special needs adoption.  However, God showed them His path, and they followed and adopted Patrick from Ukraine.  He came home with them in July of 2009.  The Shupp's could not be happier with their newest addition. 

  

The Shupps have 6 children.  5 bio and Patrick.  Some people feel like their family is big enough, but again, God has other plans.  Since discovering the Reece's Rainbow site last year, one of the older children kept bearing on Lyndi and Bill's hearts.  They just could not stop thinking about him and praying for him.  They finally, through months of thought and prayer, decided that Freddie would be the perfect addition to their ever growing family.  The children are excited to be getting an older brother, and mom and dad are looking forward to this new experience of raising a teenager!  This will be this family's second adoption with a year, so many prayers are needed to fullfill the financial requirements!!
