• Wait 2-3 months for court
• Both parents travel for 2nd rip, one can leave after 4 days, the other waits 10-25 days longer
• (depending on if the 10 day grace period is waived.

• Both parents must be younger than 60 yearsk
• Fee includes a $500 orphanage donation
• Married couples and single mothers may apply
• Total program and travel fees under $27k
